INDEAL Spaces Purchase Agreement Form

Purchase Description

This agreement outlines the purchase of individual INDEAL Spaces above the amount provided within the Brand Partner’s base membership. 
Number of Blended Spaces Purchased at $750
Blended = Other non-competitive manufacturers can be placed within the design. 

Solo = No other manufacturers will be featured within the design.  

Scope of Work

  • INDEAL will send a digital “Spaces Intake Form” to collect required product symbols/information needed for design. 
  • Brand Partners will provide required information within designated deadline. 
  • INDEAL will assess product information collected and provide Brand Partner with production schedule. 
  • All deadlines for reviews will be outlined within the production schedule and must be met by Brand Partner. Failure to communicate edits or changes by deadline will cause a forfeit of the opportunity to request changes and Space will move to publish status. 

Payment Terms

The total contract amount shown below will be invoiced upon receipt of signed agreement. Total due within 30 days.
