Programming for sponsors ends Wednesday, April 14th. There will be no programming for sponsors on Thursday morning. We strongly encourage you to stay for the evening reception on April 14th to maximize your networking opportunities, but understand if your travel plans conflict with this.

NeoCon Opportunity

Maximize your visibility at NeoCon 2027 by showcasing your products in INDEAL’s highly trafficked showroom – an exclusive opportunity available only to Showroom Product Placement Sponsors. Product selection is subject to INDEAL approval, and participating Brand Partners must follow design guidelines. Participation in NeoCon 2027 will require the completion and submission of a separate registration form in accordance with those terms, which will be sent to you.​

Terms and Conditions

Brand Partners shipping product or materials for the Champion Conference must provide INDEAL with advance shipment details, including delivery date, carrier, dimensions, pallet count, weight, and any special handling requirements, to allow coordination between INDEAL and THE MART. Brand Partners are responsible for any costs resulting from uncoordinated shipments and for all applicable handling, labour, installation, removal, storage, or outbound shipping fees. INDEAL cannot store product following the Conference, and Brand Partners are responsible for coordinating removal of any items not remaining in the showroom. Wherever possible, product should be intended for continued use during NeoCon; product remaining in the showroom for NeoCon may constitute confirmation of NeoCon participation and the applicable participation fees.

All participants are required to stay at the hotel designated for the event. Cost of hotel room(s) is not included in the attendee or sponsorship fee but will be available at a discounted rate. Participants who refuse to stay at the host hotel shall incur an additional fee ($1000 per attendee) to cover INDEAL costs. Attendees must provide their own transportation to and from the event. To keep the focus of the event on business, we kindly ask that guests do not accompany attendees to the conference. Upon execution of this Sponsorship Registration, a deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount shall be invoiced, payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. The remaining balance shall be due and payable in full thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the conference. Our team will reach out to collect credit card information as this is the preferred method of payment. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee ($1000) if a suitable substitute cannot attend in place of an attendee. All substitute representatives must be approved by INDEAL.
