All participants are required to stay at the hotel designated for the event. Cost of hotel room(s) is not included in the attendee or sponsorship fee but will be available at a discounted rate. Participants who refuse to stay at the host hotel shall incur an additional fee ($1000 per attendee) to cover INDEAL costs. Attendees must provide their own transportation to and from the event. To keep the focus of the event on business, we kindly ask that guests do not accompany attendees to the conference. Upon execution of this Sponsorship Registration, a deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount shall be invoiced, payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. The remaining balance shall be due and payable in full thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the conference. Our team will reach out to collect credit card information as this is the preferred method of payment. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee ($1000) if a suitable substitute cannot attend in place of an attendee. All substitute representatives must be approved by INDEAL.
